In Northeast, a prayer for peace

The people of Nagaland resorted to prayers to seek restoration of peace in the state, which has been plagued by years of violence.
Scores of locals braved the rain and came out on the streets in Dimapur to pray to the almighty. Organised by the Northeast India Christian Revival Church, the crusade saw the people singing devotional songs and praying along as they toured the city.
