Admission Procedure
The notification for entrance test is published in the selected leading newspapers including the Employment News in the month of January and the test is held in the month of May. Candidates are selected in order of merit on the basis of multiple choice objective type written test held at No. of centres. 15% and 7.5% of the seats are reserved for SC & ST candidates respectively, who fulfill the minimum admission requirements. Recent Supreme Court Admission announcement, information Bulletin and other details including the application forms can be downloaded.
Foreign National
Reservation to the extent of 15% of the prescribed seats on supernumerary basis for Foreign Nationals is made for admission to each of the M.Sc. course available in the Institute provided they have passed the B.Sc. or equivalent qualifying examination from a University outside India and also fulfill the following conditions: (a) that the applications are routed through Indian Council for Cultural Relations / Ministry of Human Resource & Development (Dept. of Education), Govt. of India, New Delhi.
