For PhD Programmes in Physics / Theoretical Computer Science

Applications are invited from motivated students, with consistently good academic records, for enrolment in a PhD programme (also Integrated PhD Programme) in Physics (including various interdisciplinary research areas) / Theoretical Computer Science at any of the participating institutions.
The JEST - 2010 examination will be held on February 21, 2010 from 10.00 AM to 1.00 PM

Candidates are requested to apply ON-LINE (strictly recommended) for JEST-2010 by visiting the web site http://jest2010.aries.res.in. Important Dates:
1. Website opening and on-line submission of applications will be available at http://jest2010.aries.res.in from November 16, 2009.
2. Request for printed application forms should reach to The Chairman, Aryabhatta Research Institute of Observational Sciences (ARIES), Manora Peak, Nainital-263129, Uttarakhand by December 14, 2009.
3. Last date for receipt of the filled applications, and ON-LINE submission of applications, is December 31, 2009.
4. The JEST - 2010 examination will be held on February 21, 2010 from 10.00 A.M. to 1.00 P.M.
