1) Applicants can submit re-options using their Application No. and Date of Birth.
2) The Print out of the re-options submitted can be taken from ‘website’. This should be signed and submitted to the Principal of the Polytechnic College where the original is sbumitted.
3) The Principal of the Polytechnic College will receive the application and update the options online. He will issue a signed receipt in token of acceptance of the reoptions. This is essential to ensure that your re-options are properly updated..
Applications open for Seats under Government Quota at Self Financing Polytechnic Colleges (AWH Polytechnic College, KMCT Polytechnic College and JDT Islam Polytechnic College [All Kozhikode District]).
Annual Tution fee payable : Rs. 22,500/-
Availability of Seats at Self Financing Polytechnics under Government Quota.
Instructions
1. The admissions to Polytechnic colleges for the year 2010-11 will be done District wise under Single Window System in online mode.
2. Applicants intending to apply for more than one district need to submit a single application. They will have to remit application fee depending on the districts chosen. Facility to opt different districts will be available in the application form.
3. Application fee for single district is Rs. 100/- (for SC/ST candidates it shall be Rs. 50/-). Candidates applying for more than one district should remit fee at the rate of Rs. 100/- per district (for SC/ST candidates Rs. 50/- each).
4. Applicants can submit options to all courses/Colleges available in the district chosen. Applicants should take care to restrict options to Colleges/Courses they are interested in taking admission. Those who doesn̢۪t take admission on the specified date after gaining allotment based on the options will not be considered for future allotments.
5. The prospectus can be downloaded freely from the web site www.polyadmission.org.
6. For the convenience of applicants, help desks are functioning in all the 49 polytechnic colleges in the state. All the services from the help desk shall be free.
7. To submit the application online, candidates should click on the link “SUBMIT ONLINE APPLICATIONS”. On completing the entry the “SUBMIT” button at the bottom of the online entry form should be pressed.
8. The printout of the online applications entered should be Registered at any of the polytechnic colleges in the state with the required fee and self attested copies of all certificates in support of the claims made in the application.
9. Polytechnic Principals will issue the Registration Number for the applications registered.
10. Application No. and Registration No. should be noted for all future references
Applicants who have submitted applications for KOZHIKODE district need not submit fresh applications for selection to Government seats at Self Financing Polytechnic Colleges. They can submit options to these institutions when the facility for submitting the Re options is available from 4th June 2010 to 7th June 2010.
Those who have not submitted applications to Kozhikode district need to submit the applications afresh for admission to these institutions. This facility shall be available from 1st to 7th June 2010. The registration of applications submitted online can be done through any of the Government / Aided Polytechnic Colleges or through these Self Financing Polytechnic Colleges.
