National Water Development Agency Selection Procedure
Scheme of Selection:
1. For Sl. No. 1 & 2: By interview only.
2. For Sl.No. 3: Written paper about general awareness of 100 marks. Shorthand test with 80 w.p.m. in English or 60 w.p.m. in Hindi. Typing test with 40 w.p.m.in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi.
3. For Sl.No. 4: General awareness 100 marks. Essay 100 marks.( Combined paper of 3 hrs duration). English/Hindi typing test at the speed of 30/25 w.p.m.
4. Knowledge of computer for the post of stenographer Grade-III and Lower Division Clerk will be preferred.
5 Qualifications
i) For Sl. No. 1:
Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University or equivalent.
ii) For Sl. No. 2:
Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University or equivalent. Desirable: Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
iii) For Sl.No. 3:
Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board or equivalent. Possessing minimum speed of 80 w.p.m. in English or 60 w.p.m. in Hindi shorthand. Possessing typing speed of 40 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi
iv) For Sl. No.4:
Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board or equivalent and Minimum speed in English typewriting of 30 w.p.m. or Hindi typewriting of 25 w.p.m.
Desirable: Knowledge of Computer operating system, computer peripherals etc.
