Atlanta Bengali Forum (ABF) established in 2001 is a non-profit cultural organization of the bengalis in Georgia and around the state of Georgia. ABF is open and welcomes anyone who would like to join the community or participate in the events. It's goal is to foster a spirit of friendship and cooperation between its members through social activities, sports events, musical gatherings, and religious festivals. Since 2001, ABF has been holding Saraswati Puja, Durga Puja, Boisakhi, New Year's Eve Party and a summer picnic annually.

Atlanta Bengali Forum is going to celebrate Durga Puja on October 11^th and 12^th, 2008. We request the pleasure of your attendance at the auspicious occasion. Please make the celebration a grand success by your all worthy presence and co-operation. Like every year, this year also we have planned fun filled events with invited famous performers from India. At the same time we are providing great shows performed by our local talents. We have a full line of variety programs for you. On vocal entertainment, Usha Uthup from Kolkata will enchant you with her melody. We also have many exciting events from our local artists.

On Saturday evening, October 11th at 9 pm, we are delighted to present famous pop singer USHA UTHUP from Kolkata at the Berkmar Theatre. If there is a legend bridging the East and West, it is Usha. With her music and charm, she has transcended the barriers of caste, creed, language and nationality.
